Desde el 24 de junio de 2009, SUGAR LABS anunció el lanzamiento de de SUGAR ON STICK (SUGAR en memoria USB), v1 Strawberry que incluye 40 actividades, esta disponible en 25 idiomas, asi personas que no cuenten con laptop XO, puedan aprender con SUGAR en diferente tipo de computadoras grandes,pequeñas con poco hardware puedes poner SUGAR!solo se necesita un 1GB de capacidad y asi puedes transportarlo a todas
partes, una idea genial de SUGAR LABS. Revisando el wiki de SUGAR LABS vi algo muy interesante que es una buena idea por la fundación, reciclaje de USB's RECYCLEUSB tal vez usb's que uno no uses los

puede donar!, y apoyar con el aprendizaje, serán desplegados a escuelas a niños entre 5 y 12 años, lo donado  será destinado a cuarenta paises entre ellos PERÚ.



Para poner SUGAR en usb

necesitamos un USB minimo un 1GB.

1. Debemos hacer es descargar la imagen SUGAR
2. una vez descargada, nos descargamos el liveusb-creator es una opción otras alternativas en diferentes sistemas operativos en el siguiente link.  SUGAR ON STICK
3. una vez utilizado el liveusb-creator y finalizado el proceso, una observación es que debemos modificar el bios para que bootear por usb.
4. una vez configurado el BIOS ponemos el USB y listo  SUGAR!.
